The house is on public water and has a grinder pump into public sewer. Central air and heat and this biggest bestest washer and dryer around! For an extra (roughly) $1500 a year, you can continue the B membership to the gym and the pools. Oh and this is kind of unheard of out here, but you can WALK to the Mountain View Pool, and the Grille to grab some fries or a cocktail. It will cover your costs if you short term rent it - but also perfect for full-time living out here. Owner/agent has lovingly cared for and updated this baby, and now time to hand her off to the next soul that wants to enjoy nature and the solitude of wild, wonderful and wacky West Virginny . We did an inspection and are handling most of the items on there. 10 mins from a CJ's (a cool locals dive, ) Traver's convenience store and the ever-present Dollar Store, 10-15 from the post office, 18 mins from the Martin's supermarket and 25 mins from Martinsburg where you'll find all the conveniences of the city (and some you'e never heard of!!) Farm markets, breweries, distilleries, and the best part.... the coolest most diverse neighborhood around. Come make yourself at home in the Woods. House was airbnb'd off and on, in between our friends and family using it. Last year grossed about $35K. Covered all expenses.
