2009 Seattle Real Estate in Review: The 25 Biggest Sales
The Seattle real estate market may have been down in 2009, but a few buyers were still willing to shell out big bucks for homes. An Estately analysis of the most expensive sales in Seattle real estate showed that 36 Seattle residential properties sold for more than $2M.
Among the twenty-five homes that cost the most, three each are in the small but exclusive Windermere and Washington Park enclaves. Four were downtown condo units–two in the same building, the award-winning Fifteen Twenty-One Second Avenue.
