This is a third (top) floor unit that is oriented towards the rear of the building so it is nice and quiet. This condo has a newer (2013) air conditioning unit and hot water heater(2014) so they will not need replaced any time soon. Refrigerator and washer/dryer do convey as is. They work fine but there is knob on the washing machine that is broken.In addition to the fantastic location Concord has superior amentities including 2 pools, exercise facility, tennis courts, car wash area, and a dog park is right next door!
