Keeping an eye out for new propertiesWith saved searches you can see the newest properties that match your search as they come on the market with email alerts or RSS feeds. You can manage your alerts at the My Estately page, where you can also see the 5 latest properties that match your saved searches.

Once you have created a search you want to save, click save search in the upper right hand corner of the map. |

You can subscribe to your search in your favorite feed reader, including My Yahoo, Google, NetVibes and others. You'll see the newest listings that match your search within 30 minutes of them being listed [1]. |

Subscribe to your search via daily or weekly (your choice) email alerts. We'll let you know when new listings that match your search are on the market [2]. |

Bookmark a search to quickly check your search for new properties, or email the link to yourself and others. |
