What is Agent Match?Agent Match is your way to find the best agent to meet your needs. You tell us a little bit about yourself and what you need in an agent and we'll give you personalized proposals from three agents within 24 hours. Why should I use Agent Match?Buying a home is a big decision and it is extremely helpful to have a seasoned professional help you find the right home for you and to help you negotiate the best terms and price. Because everyone's needs, areas, and home searches are different, different agents work better for different people. Agent Match finds the best three agents for you (unfortunately you have to pick only one). Who are Estately's agents?Estately recruits the best agents from dozens of local real estate brokerages. We screen every agent before introducing them to our customers. If you know an incredible agent you would like to recommend, please tell us why you would recommend them. Am I obligated to work with the agents Estately suggests to me?Absolutely not—no obligation for signing up. If the agents you are matched with don't meet your needs, you shouldn't use them. Am I going to get phone calls or emails from dozens of agents?Definitely not. When you sign up, you have the option to share your contact information with the three (only three!) agents or you can get their contact information and personal introduction and contact them when you are ready. Why does it take up to 24 hours to recommend agents?We have found that personally matching people with agents works best for our agents and our customers:

What if I need an agent right away?Let us know when you sign up—we'll expedite your matching and we will get an agent in touch with you ASAP. How will I be matched with agents?You are matched based on what you tell us about your needs; if you are buying and selling in a specific neighborhood, we match you with agents who specialize in that area and who have received good feedback from previous clients. We also factor in your other preferences in order to match you with the best agents. Does this cost me any money?Nope. Agent Match is absolutely free for you to use. How do you make money?Our agents pay us a small percentage of their commission when they help our clients buy or sell a house. We think of it as a win-win situation for our clients and our agents: agents who work with Estately's customers help more people buy and sell houses every month than agents who spend a lot of their time and money marketing to potential clients via 'traditional' routes. Estately's agents spend less time marketing and more time working with clients. Can Agent Match help me if I do not need all the services offered by a traditional agent?Yes. Just let us know what you do need the agent to do when you request an agent. We'll match you with agents who offer only those services. I have already found the house I want to buy—should I include this in the agent match request?Definitely. If you have already found the house you want, we can match you with agents who specialize in negotiating and paperwork. I'm an agent who puts my clients first and routinely gets rave reviews from past clients. Can I sign up for Agent Match?You're the kind of agent we love to refer clients to.
